Female gym instructor in gym

Hello, I've looked on the NTU website and it looks like there are only male gym instructors. I wa looking at doing the personal training but would feel more comfortable with a female gym instructor. As I feel this way, I can see it discouraging other women from undertaking the personal training too. Therefore, my idea is to ensure that there is always a female gym instructor employed at the gym (I know there used to be one, b it isn't anymore). The gym is already quite male-dominated so making sure there is a female instructor will also add to gender equality and a feeling of inclusivity in the gym.
