Adding a living wall to the outside of Maudslay building or art mural.

The space on Maudsley now contains the Progress Pride flag, advertising to students, staff and visitors that NTU offers a welcoming community to LGBT+ people. The university is committed to including a sustainable element to each new building, such as the living wall on the new music centre on City campus (behind University Hall).
The living wall is a great addition to the uni, however it is in an area not seen by many. I think the outside of Maudslay building or Chaucer building could use a living wall and/or art murals to make the campus more inspiring, colourful and improve wellbeing. In addition to this adding more green spaces, flowers and trees to the city campus would improve the learning environment and presentation of the university.
