Buckle up for an exhilarating ride with the newly revitalised Paramedic Society

This society has taken to new heights by rebuilding from the ground up, infusing it with fresh energy, and redefining what it means to be part of the incredible community.

Alongside existing members, they’ve welcomed a wave of passionate new recruits who are eager to carry the torch and ensure the legacy of the society.

By expanding their committee size from 3 to 6 through an exciting Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), opening the door to new opportunities and ensuring that future members have ample space to shine and contribute.

With big plans on the horizon, including a thrilling joint society simulation day with Lincoln University next term, they have also launched an exclusive Old Boys alumni network, where past members can reunite, and reminisce about their time with the society.

While being busy curating an exciting lineup of guest speakers who bring unique insights and expertise to their members, covering topics that spark curiosity and ignite passion. Plus, they’ve unleashed a fresh new line of merchandise that's sure to make you stand out as a proud member of the society.

But Paramedic Soc are not stopping there – while rolling up their sleeves, they are diving headfirst into volunteering for NTU Sport, providing essential medic cover on Wednesdays and supporting the NTU Sport Physios.

And if all that wasn't enough, they’re gearing up for an adrenaline-pumping fundraiser in support of the Lincoln and Nottingham Air Ambulance charity. Picture this: a 40-mile stretcher carry with a life-weight mannequin in tow.

This is just the beginning for this society, as they continue to push boundaries, break barriers, and make a lasting impact in the world of paramedicine.
