The NTU Neurodivergent Society is hosting a casual picnic meetup at the Arboretum, to celebrate Neurodiversity Awareness Week!
Anyone is welcome to show up, whether you are neurodivergent and want to meet similar people, or neurotypical and want to meet more neurodivergent people. Neurosoc membership is not required, and this event is public to NTU students and alumni.
Bring picnic food, drinks, outdoor games, picnic blankets, and anything else you want to bring. The Committee will be bringing along a few items.
This event is about celebrating neurodivergence as something to be proud of. We may have our shortcomings in certain areas, but we also have proficiencies in others, and this event and this week is about celebrating the positives of neurodivergence, while embracing the negatives.
This is a completely safe Neurodivergent space - if we can accomodate people in any way, then please let us know by emailing the President, Dell, at N1177451@my.ntu.ac.uk.
