Alright NTU crew, listen up! Got that "home for the holidays" feeling… but home is a little… complicated? If you're a Care Experienced or Estranged student sticking around Notts this Christmas, we've got your back (and some festive fun lined up!).

Operation: Christmas Canal Cruise (or Arboretum Amble)

• Mission Start: High noon (aka lunchtime) at Nottingham Station. Think strategic meeting point for maximum snack acquisition.
• Fuel Up: Hopkinsons or Greggs – your call. Fancy a cheeky sausage roll? Go for it. Craving a fancy latte? Treat yo'self. BYO picnic grub is also totally welcome. We're all about options.
• The Great Escape: We'll embark on a leisurely stroll – either a scenic canal walk (think picturesque reflections and maybe some festive ducks) or a wander through the Arboretum (nature vibes and fresh air – perfect for de-stressing from deadlines). It's basically a choose-your-own-adventure, but with more people and less peril (hopefully).
• Game On!: Our very own President (yes, THE President!) will be armed with the ultimate icebreakers: card games! We're talking classic Uno showdowns and… ahem… perhaps a round of Cards Against Humanity (for those with a slightly darker sense of humour – you know who you are). Prepare for some serious banter and maybe even a few questionable life choices played out in card form.
