When and where is the ball being held?
The Grad Ball will be held at the Nottingham Trent Students Union on Shakespeare Street. Doors will open at 8pm and it will finish at 2am. You are encouraged to arrive by 9:30pm to take advantage of the free drinks reception.
Who can attend the ball?
The event is open to all recent graduates and those due to graduate from Nottingham Trent in 2022. All other current NTU students can also attend though graduating students have priority.
Can I bring guests?
Yes! NTU students and graduates can bring up to 2 guests each must have their own ticket and you must arrive together to ensure smooth entry into the event.
What food / drink will there be?
There is a free drinks reception on arrival before 9:30pm. Plus a fully stocked bar all night with SU drink discounts. In the outdoor terrace there will be free crêpes available.
Is there a dress code?
The Ball is a formal event; think black tie and evening dresses.
