A Welcome event for new Mansfield students to meet your Societies and make friends!  

 

Students tell us that being in a Society is a highlight of their Uni experience. And with over 130 Societies to discover at NTSU, you’re bound to find one you’ll love.

 

At Mansfield Welcome Market, we’re offering something more than you get at a regular Freshers Fair – a chance to try out Societies’ activities!  Handpicked especially for Mansfield students by your Student Union, there’ll be a selection of Society tasters for you to have a go at, including:

 

• CPR for Beginners and Intermediate  [Paramedic Society]

• Crochet Basics                                        [Knitting Society]

• Sign Your Name                                      [British Sign Language Society]

• Plant Repotting Giveaway                     [Botanical Society]

• Racing Simulator                                    [Motorsport Society]

Plus: Trent Bass Society are providing the best DJs to bring the atmosphere! (Quiet hour times tbc). 

 

Don’t worry – there’ll be lots of opportunity for informal chat, if that’s more your thing.  NTSU will have a stall where you can chat to staff, ask questions and get your student lanyard and other freebies.
