Bystander Intervention Training - A 90 minute interactive workshop about intervening safely in potentially harmful situations. Ever been in a situation where you wish you could have intervened but weren't sure how to? This workshop looks in depth at, firstly defining what harm might look like, how a person can intervene safely and then uses real life scenarios for participants to practice what they have learnt. The aim of this workshop is for participants to feel confident stepping in when they witness potentially harmful situations, creating a safer community for all NTU students.
These sessions are exclusive to the Rep Development Programme. Please only sign up if you are available to attend on the day, as failing to do so may take this opportunity away from someone else. We recommend that you block this into your diary now so that you don't forget!
