All new students at NTU get a free Freshers' wristband when they enrol, which shows that they are eligible to attend Freshers' events, though they will have to pay an entry fee on the door to access many events. To get more value out of Freshers' Week, you can upgrade to a Wristband+, which not only grants you free access to NTSU's official Freshers' events, but also gives you priority q-jump entry and free transport*.
We estimate that a Wristband+ will save you £17 on average compared to paying on the door, assuming you would like to get involved in a full programme of Freshers' Week events. We offer a range of packages which include other discounted items as well as a Wristband+, increasing your overall saving compared to buying the individual items separately.
Click the BOOK NOW button to choose your package. You will need your NTU student ID number in order to purchase your wristband. To receive your individual NTU number and e-mail address, please call the Admissions Department on 0115 848 4200.
If you have not received your Student ID number, please contact NTU’s Admissions Department on 0115 848 4200.
If you have received your Student ID number but cannot log in with it, you need to complete your online enrolment at www.ntu.ac.uk/enrolment first. Please allow 24 hours then you should be able to log in to www.trentstudents.org and buy a wristband.
If you have received a conditional offer, you will have to wait until your place is confirmed before being able to buy a wristband.
Please note: Only first year NTU students aged 18 or over on Friday 21st September 2018 are eligible to buy a Wristband+ package. Wristbands will not be sent through the post - you will be able to collect them at enrolment when you arrive on campus.
NTU first year students are those that have accepted a place on a full-time or part-time course starting in September/October 2018 at Nottingham Trent University or a Nottingham Trent University Higher Education Course at Confetti Institute or at Nottingham College. This includes Postgraduate courses as well as Undergraduate courses. Students that have relocated from another university and are enrolling at Nottingham Trent University for the first time are also included. Any students re-taking part or all of their first year are also classed First Year Students. Any NTU students that are not classed as “First Year” will be eligible to buy a Refreshers wristband instead.
