Wellbeing Week 2016 7-11 March

Following your feedback that you would like to see a week, as opposed to just a day, devoted to positive wellbeing & mental health, NTU & NTSU have joined forces to bring you Mental Health & Wellbeing Week on the 7th – 11th March! We have a whole range of activities taking place; here are just a few for you to look out for:-

 

  • ‘Baking Bread’ sessions – A play on words of the well known ‘Breaking Bad’, come and learn how to make your own bread as well as receiving a recipe card with a variety of other breads you can make!

    Where: Wednesday 9th March, 12pm-1pm, Clifton, Lee Westwood Sports Centre & Thursday 10th March, 10am-11.30am, City, Maudslay Room 215
     
  • Wellbeing Fair – Find out about all the different support available to students, have a go on the smoothie bike and eat some delicious vegan cupcakes plus much more!

    Where: Thursday 10th March, 11am-2pm, City SU, The Level
     
  • Coffee Morning – Free upgrade on your coffee everyday between 8am-10am at Costa Coffee across all three campuses!
     
  • FREE Bootcamp Class – The perfect way to have fun, de-stress & get an all over body workout!

    Where: Tuesday 8th March, 3pm-4pm, City Sports Hall
