As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be ensuring each customer receives an excellent customer experience, maximising sales, rotating stock, cleaning the retail outlet, and taking deliveries and ensuring the shop is well presented. We are looking for individuals who can work well on their own initiative, are reliable and who have excellent interpersonal skills.

Do you have experience in running audio, lighting or video? The Technical Team is looking to recruit Technical Crew to assist with the operation of production equipment for a large range of events that are held at NTSU. You will be hands on with setting up and operating industry leading lighting equipment, lasers, SFX, DJ equipment, sound consoles and more, across our 3 venues including The Level, Nottingham. We are looking for confident and experienced engineers of all levels, who have previous experience or enthusiasm for working in the live events industry to join our small & friendly team. This role will run from May 2025 until the end of term, and will continue from September 2025. As such, this job is not intended for final year students who will not be returning after the summer.

Are you a sociable individual looking to join our exciting and dynamic Trent Events team?

The Entertainments Team are looking to recruit Event Assistants to assist with the operation of their diverse events program, across all 3 campuses. You will be the face of Trent Events, welcoming students into our venues and setting the tone at all of our events!

Role responsibilities include (but not limited to) managing ticket scanning, on the door sales and guest list entry, running the cloakroom for customers, assisting with the promotion of events through flyering and postering, and most importantly delivering excellent levels of customer service.

We are looking for confident, sociable individuals who are reliable, can solve problems under pressure, and work well with a wide range of people.
