We will defend students’ rights and promote students’ welfare by:

Providing an accessible, accredited advice service for all students including groups that are currently under-represented

Using the strength of NTSU and its membership to improve the local student housing market

We will ensure our members’ voice is heard and acted upon by:

Fully supporting elected officers to use their skills and resources to effectively represent our members

Developing a recognised and respected academic representational system

Creating a range of accredited and certified learning opportunities for members

Ensuring all campus based student entertainments, licensed activities and retail meets with the needs of members

Delivering cultural, entertainment and leisure activities for targeted student groups

We will maintain a well run, stable and efficient organisation by:

Producing targeted and effective communications via a range of media

Collaborating, where possible, with other organisations to ensure quality and reduce costs

Being financially sustainable

Delivering gold standard customer care via a customer service charter

Developing additional revenue streams for the organisation

Having a staff team of appropriate size, skill, training, motivation and experience to deliver this strategic plan.
